Territory Rules
Smart Agent operates on a strict one-territory-per-agent model to ensure full exclusivity and avoid lead competition. When you secure a territory, the following rules apply:
One Agent Per Territory
Only one agent may represent each territory. Once taken, the territory is locked and will not be offered to any other agent.
Territory Covers All Property Types
Your territory includes all residential property types within that area — HDB, condo, EC and landed. All leads from that area belong exclusively to you.
Area-Based Targeting
Your ads and valuation funnel will be geographically targeted only to your assigned territory to maximise lead quality and reduce ad wastage.
No Lead Sharing
Smart Agent does not share or rotate leads. All enquiries generated from your territory go only to you.
First-Come, First-Served
Territories are assigned strictly on order of confirmation. Once reserved, they will not be re-opened.
Territory Transfers Not Allowed
Territories cannot be transferred, sold, or swapped between agents to maintain fairness and stability.
Performance Responsibility
